Includes Seasonal Mowing every 14 days along with Bush Trimming every other month March 15th-October 15th. As well as us coming by ONE TIME before Thanksgiving and ONE TIME before Christmas to have your property looking its best for the Holiday Season. NO service will be performed in the months of January and February with this package. Ideal package for yards with little to no debris from trees.
Modern Villa pkg.
Includes YEAR ROUND Mowing every 14 days!! We mow the grass during the growing season and mulch up the leaves in the winter. As well as trimming the Bushes every other month year-round. Perfect package for residential or commercial properties, that have leaves falling and being blown around everywhere during the winter months.

**VILLA PACKAGES have Monthly PAY IN ADVANCE POLICY. EXAPMLE All Invoices for APRIL will be sent out on MARCH 20th if payment is not received with in 4 business days. Then your property will not get serviced in APRIL. So, we highly suggest you have a credit card on file and allow us to charge the card automatically each month.
